The host prepares the send
Add one traveler or a group by name and email. A host may include one optional note of up to 240 characters.

The host reviews and approves
Curly shows the recipient list, delivery method, and note before anything is sent. The host makes the final send decision.

Each traveler gets a separate email
Group send is an efficiency for the host—not a group email. Curly sends individual messages with separate, identity-bound invitation links. Recipients are never exposed through CC or BCC.

The guest verifies first
The invitation page asks the traveler to verify the invited email address. Curly does not add destination, dates, members, plans, or other private trip fields before verification; the host’s optional note is the clearly labeled exception.

The guest chooses to join
Verification proves control of the invited address; it does not silently join the trip. The traveler reviews the invitation and explicitly accepts membership before entering the workspace.
What appears before verification
Enough context to recognize the invitation. No private trip record.
The email can identify Curly, the host, and the host’s optional note. Because that note is visible before verification, the host is prompted to keep sensitive trip information out of it.

Email first
SMS stays separate and optional.
An email invitation does not enroll a traveler in text messages. After verifying and joining, a member may separately choose to verify a phone number and opt in to private 1:1 Curly SMS. Declining SMS does not block the web workspace.

Invitation questions
Can a host invite several people at once?
Yes. Group send lets a host prepare and approve multiple invitations together. Delivery remains individual for every traveler.
Can guests see who else was invited?
Not from the invitation email. Curly does not use CC or BCC, and private trip membership is not revealed before verification and acceptance.
What if an invitation goes to the wrong address?
The identity-bound link does not grant access by itself. The traveler must verify control of the invited email address, and the host can manage pending invitations from the private workspace.
